For new members or families: Fill out the form below.
Select your member type and all other required fields,
check it twice, and then press the Submit button at the bottom. If
doing a family membership, use the text box on the form to provide the
names, call signs, phone numbers, and email addresses of the other hams
in your family. The
information will be automatically emailed to the club Treasurer,
Secretary, and webmaster.
When your dues are paid and your application is approved you will be added to the club roster.
You can pay dues three ways:
(1.) Use the PayPal button at the bottom of the page.
(2.) Mail a check to the address below and payable to the Baldwin
County Amateur Radio Club.

Annual dues are $30 for an
individual membership and $35 for a family membership.
For new individual members dues are prorated: $2.50 x the number of
meetings remaining in the calendar year. For new family memberships dues
are prorated: $2.917 x the number of meetings remaining in the calendar
year. New members or families that join after the November meeting
and before the January meeting will pay the full amount which will be applied to the
upcoming year.
For new hams (FCC licensed within the past 90 days) dues are
free for the first 12 months. Select New Ham as your
membership type and be sure to include your new call sign on the form below. When you submit the form you will
see an amount displayed. That amount is prorated at $2.50/mo for
the meetings that remain in the next calendar year. For example: If
you join after the meeting in August, 2026 you will see an amount of $10.00 displayed.
That amount fills out the last 4 months of calendar year 2027 and keeps
your membership active until 2028 dues are due in January 2028. You receive
16 months (12 free) of membership for $10.00! Since all our memberships
renew in January each year we do require new hams to pay for the
remaining meetings in the next year to take advantage of the free 12 month
offer. It keeps our books straight and insures that all new hams
get the full benefit of the free 12 months! New Hams and New
Ham Families that join after the November meeting and before the January
meeting will receive the upcoming year for $0.00.
In the event that multiple family
members become New Hams at the same time,
(all family members must be FCC licensed within the past 90 days)
you can select New Ham Family as your membership type. This
will use the Family rate of $2.917/mo to fill out the remaining months
after your 12 free months are done. Be sure to use the
text box on the form to provide the names, call signs, phone numbers,
and email addresses of the other New Hams in your family!
For current members paying
annual dues:
Annual dues are $30 for an individual membership and $35 for family
membership.
If you have been a member in the past year, this year's dues are due
in January and are not prorated if you pay late.

Use this form to enter your personal information for the BCARC roster. Please fill in all the required boxes.
Double check your work, then press the submit button. If
the form submission is successful you will see a
confirmation notice which includes the amount you need to
pay to join the club. Make a note of that
amount. You should also receive an email confirmation.
If the submission is not successful you will see an error message
after which you need to carefully check your entries.
Blank boxes and bad email addresses are the first things to
check if you get an error.
This form automatically sends an email to the Treasurer, Secretary,
and webmaster with your new information. The applications are manually
processed and may take several days before they are recorded
in the club files. New FCC ham call sign issue dates are
checked on submission using the
callook API.
